As mentioned earlier, there are special algorithms for some cases with target slot other than FR that are worth learning.
This one should probably be used only when all last layer pieces already have the correct orientation, as shown. This allows us to skip OLL.
A MGF2L algorithm. Again, all last layer pieces should be correctly oriented.
French cuber Sébastian Felix, who coined the term, was the first to use this technique actively in speedcubing. Since then, top cubers, especially from France, have incorporated this into their method.
